Every piece at Aura Nomad is chosen with intention — and so are the terms that govern how we do business together. By visiting auranomad.co or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. 1. Who We Are

Aura Nomad is a US-based online boutique curating spiritual protection jewelry — hamsa, evil eye, and intention-driven pieces — alongside bags and accessories for those who move through life with purpose. We operate at auranomad.co and can always be reached at hello@auranomad.co.

2. Who Can Shop With Us

Our store is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older, or who is shopping under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to complete the transaction.

3. Our Products

We put real care into every product we offer — from the sourcing to the photography to the description. That said, colors and textures may appear slightly different on your screen than in person, as every display is unique.

We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or limit any product at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund — no hassle, no runaround.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout, processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your full card details.

Prices may change without notice, but you will always be charged the price shown at the time of your order. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you before any charge is finalized.

5. Your Order

Placing an order is an offer to purchase — it becomes a confirmed sale once you receive your order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order we believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms. If we cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a prompt and full refund.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Everything you need to know about processing times, delivery windows, and carriers is in our Shipping Policy. We ship with care — but once a package is in the hands of a carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind what we sell. If something isn't right, our Refund & Return Policy outlines exactly how we'll make it right — quickly and without unnecessary friction.

8. Our Brand & Intellectual Property

Everything you see on this site — our name, logo, product photography, copy, and creative assets — belongs to Aura Nomad and is protected under US copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to share our content to spread the love, but commercial use, reproduction, or modification without our written permission is not allowed.

9. How We Expect You to Show Up

We've built Aura Nomad as a space of good energy — and we ask that you bring the same. When using our site, please don't:

  • Use it for anything unlawful or harmful
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to access parts of the site you're not authorized to use
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data
  • Do anything that could damage, disrupt, or compromise the site or our community

We can't guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for any losses resulting from temporary downtime or technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Nomad's liability for any claim related to your order or use of our site is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate US jurisdiction. We always prefer to resolve things directly — so please reach out before escalating anything.

We may update these Terms from time to time as our business grows and evolves. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
