Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only, all 50 states included. International shipping isn't available yet — but it's coming, so stay tuned.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (up to 5 during high-demand periods like launches or sales). From there: Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days, Expedited takes 2–3 business days, and Priority Overnight arrives the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and method — and orders $75+ ship free.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your piece is on its way. No email within 4 business days? Check spam, then reach us at hello@auranomad.co.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags. Note: earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons and can't be returned or exchanged.

What can't be returned?

Final sale or clearance items, earrings, anything worn or altered, items with tarnishing or damage from perfume/lotion/water exposure, and gift cards.

My piece arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email hello@auranomad.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your choice.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email hello@auranomad.co with subject "Return Request — Order #[your number]," and we'll send you a return authorization within 2 business days. Please wait for that before shipping anything back.

What's the free gift with my order?

Every order includes a small gift on us — our way of saying thank you. It's a surprise, and it may vary depending on what we have on hand, so consider it part of the fun of unboxing.
