Shipping Policy

At Aura Nomad, we handle every order with care and intention — because we know you're not just receiving a package, you're receiving something meaningful. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we're working on it — stay tuned!


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-demand periods (holidays, sales events, new launches), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll always keep you informed.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS) 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days
Priority Overnight 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delays caused by carriers or weather events are outside our control.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders — keep an eye on our promotions!


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS.com or UPS.com).

If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@auranomad.co.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Aura Nomad is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim
  • Reaching out to us at hello@auranomad.co — we'll do our best to help

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Aura Nomad is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@auranomad.co — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
